Appointment
Before the first-year warranty closes, Honeyfield returns again. Catches what shows up in year-one wear. Fixes it under the warranty rather than at your cost.

Service list
A running list of items a homeowner notices and the Honeyfield service team addresses — not a one-shot callback. Long-term relationship, not a transaction.
Honeyfield is a Tarion-registered builder. The appointments and the service list are over-and-above warranty obligations — they're how Honeyfield has operated since 1976.
